Conversion Of status from H4 to H1b

Hello,

I came to US on H1B visa and worked for 5 months . Later I got converted my visa to H4 due to personal reasons. So now can I got for COS (h4 --> H1B ) and what steps I need to consider to proceed with the process of conversion.
