I submitted H1B + H4B documents using drop box. Since my last stamping was from Canada, I got Interviewer waiver ineligible message from query i raised with ustraveldocs. I applied for H4 of my wife that get refused. I have following questions:

  1. Do i need to apply for another appointment ?
  2. Do i need to pay fee again
  3. Emergency request if i am eligible

Did you and your wife go for interview at the same time? Or are you saying that you got 221g to appear for interview but not your wife and her H4 was denied as you had not been to your interview before her H4 visa decision was made.

Please make sure you explain the situation in detail otherwise people will have difficult time understanding and providing a response.
