I have a general doubt
My spouse H1 is picked now
She doesn’t have masters,all education is outside of USA and she’s on h4 now
- is she eligible for consular processing
2)If going through consular process and for H1 stamping ,she can go to home country anytime in three years right?
- can she go to Canada and get her H1 stamping? (Consular process for 1st time)?
