Concurrent H1B impact on immigration

Hi ,

I recently applied for h1b transfer with new employer and its pending. mostly it will take 2 weeks to get approval

My previous employer wants to apply Concurrent H1b filing now and continue the previous job. I went through few websites online about this

But asking you people and advisors here ,will concurrent H1b will have any impact on immigration if i go for visa interview in future

Because i will be working on two jobs simultaneously

Please guide me or share any information

No impact. You can use the I-797 for the employer you are working full time for stamping. You are legally allowed concurrent employment on H1B, ideally the 2nd job will be a part time/20hrs a week.
