Company Acquired new visa

Hello,
My company got acquired by another company, new company issued new I797, old I797 is going to expire in 2 months, I am planning to go India for renewal.
Will I be eligible for Drop box?

But it is not giving any information about company acquisition as a visa interview waivers?
Any insight?

Doesn’t matter if company acquired, just check if you fall under the qualification criteria.

Do you want me to go ahead and fill ds160 and put as old company details?
one more thing, Incase if I get drop box and appointment in Delhi or any other place, can I submit my documents in Hyd?

DS-160 should be based on your new I-797.
