Client letter format for H1B visa?

What are the key points to be mentioned while getting a client letter for H1-B visa application? If anyone can provide a sample of a client or vendor letter will be helpful.

Anyboldy got any success in getting the approval without client letter?

On January 8 2010, the Neufeld Memo was enacted into a rule by USCIS. This is a sample client letter. You will notice certain level of detail that a VO will look for. It is a good example.

All the best
