I am going for fresh H1b interview, i have the SOW from the client but not the client letter.
Is it fine to have only SOW with me along with LCA?
Please help.
How did your employee file H1B in the first place without client letter?
Most of the time, they don’t ask for any documents other than DS 160, Passport.
If your H1B employer employs you directly at a client place, you dont need a separate Client letter. SOW itself serves as a direct employer-to-client engagement. But if your placement at a client place involves any one else other than your employer and the end client, there you may need to augment each of such parties with the SOW+Letter from each of such parties. Also an additional letter from the client(this is what you may be calling client letter) to prove the existence of Employer-Employee relationship between you and your H1B employer.
