My employer filed petetion for me and it picked up in lottery my employer sent documents and delayed of 2 days to reach cheques been encashed and no receipt number issued but petetion denied post having call with uscis they have taken all the rejections notices back and no updates afterwards.
My employer asking about the but they come up with same answer no decesion made yet
Still I have hope?
For couple petitions recieved on the same day from my employer they have given RFE with receipt number for few they have denied without receipt number as well.
What are the chances to have case approved ?
Do I have a chances here?
