I was graduated from US and joined a co. in US while on OPT and got H1b status expiring Jan 2018.In Nov.2016, my employer terminated the services and to avoid going out of status, I changed to F2 status (my spouse is in F1 visa). Now I found a new employer willing to file H1b visa. How much time it will take for change of this status
