Please help me with the document checklist for me to apply for COS from h4 to h1.Do i need to submit the copy of my husband’s h1 and paystubs. Is it mandatory to submit my husband’s documents too? We are living separately and I may not be able to get copies of his documents.Please suggest me with alternate options. I have a valid job offer. its just that I dont have any copies of my Husband’s documents and am sure he will not give me the copies. Please help !!!Thank you in advance for all your valuable suggestions.
Try to go out of USA, preferably to your home country and get it stamped, instead of CoS.
