I am currently in h1b and my 6 year Quota ends in 2 months. Still there is no update on i140. But I have filed COS to L2S few months back and it is still under review. Can I continue to work in this case.Does anyone have any idea?
You cant work beyond the I-94 expiry however you can keep living while your change of status application is pending.
