I am currently under H1B here in the US. My fiance is filed by her employer as “EB2 visa category”. We are planning to get married this December. How will this affect my visa status? What will be my possible status here in the US? Will I be greatly affected with regards to my working visa if I would pursue such change? What will be my visa category if I were to file for change of category based on my fiance’s visa?
