My H1B is getting Maxout in May2021 and PERM is not filed . Can I change my status from H1B to F1 after H1B maxout? Am I eligible for CPT and OPT after the course and also apply for fresh H1B once course is completed ? Do I have to leave US for 1 year after the MS to apply for fresh H1B ?
