Currently I am on L1A (i94 expires on July 2015 and visa expires on Dec 2016)
As my project is nearing completion, i would like to go with COS from L1A to H1.
Change of status is possible for me. If yes, can you please tell me that can i start in November 2014 . If i start processing now, how much will it take for regular and premium processing with fee.
I searched in USCIS site, i could not find this. Please help me.
