Change of Role in I-94 extension

Hello All,

I got my H1B Visa during Jan 2014 valid till 31 May 2016. I traveled to USA during Jul 2015. The current petition has “Computer Programmer” role defined for my USA Location. If I need to change to Web Developer or DBA role in I-94 extension or H1B extension, what would be the process for doing that? Is it possible to change the role when applying for H1 Extension?

Yes, possible. The LCA would mention correct information along w/ H-1 application.

If you have necessary experience and expertise to show that you are eligible for that role, then submit that as well.
