Change of Responsibilities but not very major

I have different responsibilities from the role I was original offered by my company which is also the role in my I 129 form. I started as a mobile software developer(android and IOS) but I am a Java developer now due to company’s priorities.

would it effect my visa stamping interview since I have different responsibilities now?

Nope. Dont worry. its not at all going to impact. if any question araises, you can convince in such a way that the mobile/android development is by using the java and other technologies.
