change of indian employers while h1b is in process

A US company A has applied for my H1B visa for this year (FY-2014) and its currently under RFE response review. I was working in a different company B in India at the time of applying in Apr 13 ,but changed the job to company C in India.

What are the chances or events during which I will be asked for experience certificates. If so does the change in employer from company B to C in india affect in any way.

I do have the releiving letter from company B and offer letter plus payslips from company C.

Shouldn’t be a problem. But you will need all payslips and letters later for your GC process

That Should not be a problem … But have all Exoerience letter before you leave for US… Am in Same Boat :slight_smile:
