I got 221(g) white form 2 months back and i am waiting for a client invite letter :(, my question is can i change the employer ( planning to chnage the employment) and re-process or reply the email with Petitioner change as well as the Invite letter from same client or a differant client.
Another employer can file a cap-exempt petition for you on the basis of previously approved petition. Once approved, you can reappear for visa stamping.
If you change clients w/ current employer, then they need to file new LCA followed by H-1 amendment and then appear for stamping through them.
