Change of employer after scheduling H1B visa appointment and before visa interviw

I wanted to schedule a H1B visa appointment sometime in May, 2022. But also looking for a change, have couple questions.

1. If I change employer after scheduling H1B visa interview appointment and before visa interview,
   a) Can I use existing visa appointment ? If yes, what should I do ?

Do i need to file new DS160?

Hello everyone, This is the order of steps I have taken. Please guide me at the end of this question. I got H1b picked and approved in 2021 H1b lottery with employer A. I filed DS160 with employer A and then changed job to employer B. Got a approved H1b with new i797 and then took a visa appointment date. Do i need to file a new DS160 with the new employer and after that do I need to reschedule my visa interview date ? Or I file a new Ds160 and still go for the same interview with new DS160…
