Change in lca need to go for stamping

USA H1B Visa

	I have changed the location/client from A to B, LCA got approved. I got a new i797. Still my employer is same. I have a valid h1b visa. I am going to india to get married, Still I need to goto consulate?

	 

	If yes, Is it for

	 

	a. For visa stamping only.

	b. For H1B Interview.

If you have a valid H1 visa stamped then I don’t think you need to do anything. Just come back with the same visa stamp and the new petition.
