My new employer has applied for a visa transfer (H1B) with normal process. It has been 3 months and the application is still in the initial review phase. Since I need an expedited answer now, can I change the normal process to expedited one now that it is in process.
Your employer can upgrade the petition to PP by filing the PP form. I don’t remember exactly, but it might be 907. Fees is $1225.00
