Change from course from Non STEM to STEM

Hello Everyone,

I have an admit from the University of Maryland- MSc Finance course. This is a Non-STEM course which I did not see while applying.

However, MSc-Quantitative Finance (STEM course) is also there at the same university.

Can I now shift to this course even after getting an admit?

Sure you can change but you will need to work with your school for course change and the ISSS to get a new I-20. You may still use the same F1 visa (if approved already) to travel to the US.
