I am currently working with an indian employer in india, My name has been selected in lottery result for 2016 . Processing is going on.

My Question is What are the chances of getting the visa rejected if I get my visa stamped from my current organisation and don’t fly, But move to a new organisation and again apply for new petition from this new organisation

Adding on. Can my current organisation ask USICS for revoke my VISA in case of my movement to new company from current organisation. What are the chances for same.

Your chances are not improved or deteriorated if you go for stamping, don’t fly and then move to another company on H-1B.

Even if the current employer withdraws their petition, a new employer can use the old petition as reference to file a cap-exempt petition for you.
