Hi, I am working for a indian company and now I want to apply for H1 VISA to work is usa. I know some employers who can hire me and process H1 for me. My query is once all that lottery system is done and after I get H1 VISA from uscis, Is there any chances of rejecting my visa stamping in india when i am gofor stamping? If so what is % of rejecting and what can be reaons ? Once rejected can I apply immediately after rejection ?
In general, there will be no rejections at consulate AFAIK unless ur employer has a bad track record or history…
U may run into 221G if they need any additional docs or processing…
