PRINCIPLE APPLICANT F1 VISA GOT EXPIRED , STILL PRINCIPLE APPLICANT IS IN USA PURSUING MASTERS WITH VALID I201) CAN SPOUSE OF THE PRINCIPLE APPLICANT APPLY FOR F2 VISA ?
NOTE: SPOUSE OF PRINCIPLE APPLICANT ALREADY WENT TO USA ON F2 VISA AND CAME BACK
If I-20 is valid, then yes, F-2 can be reapplied.

got visa upto 29-oct-2016, even though I20 is valid upto sep 2017
I have observed that visa has been issued upto the date of current CPT authorization date , ie 29-oct -2016
