I want to sponsor my parents (1 person, ONLY mom, not dad) for visitor visa B2.
My STEM extended OPT ends in last week of Nov 2018.
Waiting on H1B application, it is still under process.
Will it be safe to sponsor B2 visa for parents? Only sponsoring mother, NOT father, hence strong reason to go back. They still love each other and do not have cat fights
