CGI - There are currently no appointments available

Hi All,

When i try to schedule appointment in CGI what ever location i select showing message as
“There are currently no appointments available”.
Can you please help me how to book,i didnt submit DS-160,is it because of that.is any one facing same issue.

thank you for the reply.i followed the same process,still seeing message as “No Appointments”.
