After my H1 interview, I was handed a blue 221g slip with no documents asked along with my passport and later Consulates were closed because of the lockdown. After multiple emails, I got a response from Consulate saying I had to collect a few documents and when I checked it was another 221g asking to submit the latest Client letter and passport. The status in CEAC website has remained Refused all while and I noticed the Last Updated date changed yesterday while the status remained Refused. Does it mean my H1 stamping has been denied and if so what can be expected?
