My case was approved and on next day again Employer got mail saying case was reopened.
Howmany days it will take to change the status? what are the next steops on this.Please advice me on this
What’s the current online status? At times they re-open the case when they discover new material related to your petition or employer.
Same status “Case Was Reopened” from Dec 2nd week. My employer saying that they are doing background check for your case.
If they are doing background/security check, there is no SLA for the same. In worst case scenario, it may be stuck for several months.
