My case was received 1 month ago and i did not see any status change from last month.
I heard that if it is too delay it will fall under RFE. is it correct?
Usually on which month, we expect case approval status?
Don’t be alarmed yet. This is a normal delay as they have thousands of RPs to process and just started w/ them.
