Case status is not yet approved.please confirm when will the status be changed.its been more than 6 months since the case status is not changed .please confirm where I can enquire or check on this.
You are not alone and there is no SLA. It could still take days, weeks or months. Upgrading to PP is the only way to get a timely result.
