My company filed my H1B and it got seleleted in lottery
and I have received case number.
but still my case status displaying as "Case Received "
Can anyone getting same issue like me? 5
I am getting the same issue. I contacted my lawyer and last week he filled an e-request for a case outside the normal processing time but I still do not have any update.
