I have I140 approved and I am in h1b visa (completed 4th yr). Another employer wants to hire me, Q is in this situation when premium processing is suspended until feb 2019 am I eligible for h1b transfer under premium processing since I am uncapped?
If the company files normal transfer now, how long will that take to get the transfer completed under normal processing? Is there any way to track the present month of transfer going on currently?
