Hi, i got my h1b approved in 2014, attended for stamping in Oct 2014 but due to a client issue the VO was not satisfied and forced me for visa application withdrawal, later the consulate sent back petition to USCIS for possible revocation in Dec, and then petition was revoked by uscis in Jan 2015.
Now i got opportunity from one employer, he is ready to file new petition, so is it possible for cap exemption for new petition bec my previous one already revoked?
