Hi Friends,

I have I797B form approved in 2010 processed by my previous employer, which was NOT STAMPED as visa , and EXPIRED in 2012 and also REVOKED by the employer in 2014 as I resigned. and I never traveled USA.

Now , My current employer is ready to process H1B visa. Can my employer process my H1B under CAP exemption ( probably premium service ) now ???

Yes, they can use the old receipt copy/number and file a cap-exempt case for you. You are cap-exempt for 6 years from original approval date i.e. until 2016. So you need to act fast.
