can we upgrade our case to PP without involving emloyer ?

I am new to red2bus… sp pardon my ignorance… I am tired of waiting and am not able to plan my next steps due to this delay.

just few days back i came to know that we can upgrade ou case to PP anytime after we get reciept number.

can we upgrade our case to PP without involving employer ?

No, you cannot. The employer/attorney can apply for PP and not you.
