Can we submit petition today with scanned LCA

Hi,

My LCA approved last night and my employer sent signed LCA scanned copy to attorney. WIll there be any problem if we submit scanned copy not the original signed copy of LCA.

You must submit a certified Department of Labor (DOL) LCA (Form ETA 9035) at the time of filing your petition.  A copy of the LCA is acceptable.
