My wife has H1B stamped. Now we submitted H4 for Me and waiting for PA date.
i am working here in india and my company going to initiate my H1B visa for CAP2015(on 1april14).
will this H4 visa affect My H1B process in any aspect?

NO, that may not be a problem…
Each petition is considered different… there are chances to cancel ur H4 when U go for H1 stamping… so its not a problem
