Can we go for another H1b petition with different organization

Hi ,

Can any one help me on this , Last year my H1b petition approved but due to some reasons my organization is not ready to send VISA interview. . So this year also I got selected in lottery , so if I go for H1B petition is there any issue with old petition ?

No issues, new petition is treated independently of the past petitions.
