Can we get h1b extension while transfer is in pending

I have a question regarding H1B extension.

  1. I have moved from Company A to Company B.

  2. And the Company B filed Transfer/Amendment petition immedietly.

  3. while the transfer is in pending status he field new petition for my H1B extension and this is approved for 3 years with company B.

My Question is:

Does USCIS approves Extension petition from company B while the Transfer petition (B) is still pending?
