can we file RFE with a new LCA for a changed client location?

Hi Saurabh,

My h1b visa is filed for  st.louis location and that project got closed now.



Now i am in a different project for the same client but my onsite location is Atlanta now.



I got a new client letter for Atlanta location. But my original LCA was with st.Louis.



How to proceed in my case?



[b]Is it fine if i file RFE to the new location with new LCA.[/b]

The employer needs to file a new LCA for AT and then file for H-1 amendment for the new LCA.
