My H1 B petition got picked in 2nd lottery and I have submitted my documents to USCIS on November 2020 in Regular process but I still haven’t received receipt number from USCIS. So I was thinking to do premium processing so my question can we file H1 B premium process without having receipt number? If yes then How could we do that?
Can someone please help me here!
