Can we file a H4 petiton when I have a approved H1b petition

Hi Saurabh,

My H1B petition was approved in March,2012. Haven’t attended stamping yet. My Husband’s H1b got stamped recently. So could I apply for H4 and go for stamping, while I have a approved H1B petition.
