I have a valid H1B petition and waiting for stamping. Petition is expiring in October 2013 and dont have any concrete information on my travel.
Can anyone let me know if there is any process involved for extending petition from India ?
Your employer will have to file a cap-exempt petition for you using the previously approved petition. Does your employer seem willing to file that?
