actually i have filed my h1b visa on may 15th 2012 … still its in innitial review itself…what can be the reason !!!
and can we apply h1b visa with 4YEARS OF DERGRE AND ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE or do we need more years of experince to apply for visa
Yes , u can apply with 1 yr of exp. BTW r u going thru company or EVC model
