Can we apply for jobs and attend interviews with approved H4 EAD from anywhere in the world?

Hello,

I am on H4 visa and I recently received my EAD card. I’ m not quite sure of the job hunt process on H4 and wanted to understand the process. The card has been dispatched to my residence in US and currently I am in India for a personal visit.

My doubt is - Can I apply and interview for jobs in US while I am in India with an approved H4 EAD?
