Hi,
I am having H1B and L2 visa both. Stamping already done for both visa’s. Now if i want to go to USA on L2 visa for 2 months vacation. because my current H1B employer do not have any project for me.
can I apply L2 Visa - EAD in USA without resigning from my curent Indian company/Employer? And if i will do this , do i have any impact on my H1B visa?
I will resign from my current employer after getting my L2 EAD. is that ok?
