Can Visa transfer is possible for new employer, if got amendment RFE with existing employer

Hi ,

Recenlty came In US my I94 is valid till July 2019 .But i got RFE on my amendment request with existing employer…

Is it possible to join new employer if i get good opportunity ,what will happened on RFE .Is there any impact on my visa transfer with new employer.
