Currently I am on L1B, I am searching for H1 sponsor.
One of the employer told me. if other employer wants to sponsor H1 for L1 consultants then your company has a right a file a case on that employer (H1 Sponsor) ? is this true?
Please help me.
Unless those employers have a non-poaching agreement, I don’t see how that is possible. I am talking about laws in US and not India.
If this was true (old employer suing the new one), then no one can change employment in US (even US citizens).
