Can the contractor change the client while responding to the RFE?

Hi Saurabh,

I am on H4 visa. I have applied for H1B and got RFE. My contractor is having issue in the Contract with which he applied for the H1. Can he provide client letter from a new client?

If yes, is there any other document would be required for a change in client?

PB - i am in the same situation. Thinking of changing my client too. What did you do finally?
